The “Paradise Lost”-exhibition in the North Oratory of Salzburg Cathedral will be accompanied by live music that relates to the theme of the exhibition, with one of the most famous masterpieces of classical music: Joseph Haydn’s oratorio “Die Schöpfung” musically tells of the creation of the world according to the biblical Genesis. The Residenz-Quintet-ensemble performs parts of it in the chamber music version by Franz Joseph Rosniak, a contemporary of Haydn.
A unique experience of space, sound and art!
