Wolfgang Richter (*1953)
Wolfgang Richter studied German, history and art education in Salzburg. He has lived in Salzburg-Liefering since 1980 and has kept a studio in Lengfelden for the past 20 years. His link with Salzburg and its surroundings is reflected in motifs in his prints. With consummate skill, he uses experimental and intuitively selected linocut techniques. Carefully planned artistic interventions in the natural environment and all manner of designs with natural materials combine to achieve a high reflective potential.
